I'm down for either The Tavern or Baker St. I eat lunch at Baker St. all the time actually, so a change of pace would be cool, but both places are > Old Chicago, IMO.

:o

Who am I kidding? I like OC primarily because they make a good black and tan. Their pizza can be good, but I don't eat anything other than that when I go there.

So...Tavern?

So, what dive is this happening at next Thursday? I'd request one that has a lean towards "sports", as it's opening day for hockey and I'd like to catch the Montreal game.

I stopped by the Tavern over the weekend, for research purposes.

Cool deck area up top. The inside is a bit dark and not a whole bunch of tvs...but enough I guess.

Horrible beer selection....horrible. That in itself may be a deal-breaker for me- just sayin'

On a brighter note. The fish tacos were pretty tasty!

I don't know, something may come up, so I can't commit, but want you to continue to hold your schedule open in case I can make it...

Yeah, count me in. Could care less about beer...I'm more concerned with food and the ability to discuss important world events.

oooo, yeah,,, about that...

That's out of my geographical reach. If others want to venture up that way, I'll gladly bow out of this one.

225 is bordering "too far north" for me, if that gives you an idea.
