We are under contract on our current house and the inspection is this afternoon. Fingers crossed everything works out well (I'm sure it will).

Closing is May 4th. We are planning to schedule both closing on the same day.

We need to get the house packed up the 2nd-3rd of May. And the truck unpacked the 4th-5th. We don't have a ton of stuff so I shouldn't take more than a few hours each time. We will have everything boxed up before.

Free Pizza and Beer.

Truck packing on May 3rd starting at about 10am till it is done. We will probably move boxes until people show.

Truck unpacking the evening of May 4th and all day May 5th. Being that these are weekdays and I assume everyone is working it will most likely be my Brother and I moving all the furniture in the house.

If I'm not in Utah, I can help. Right now, I'm scheduled to be out there the 1st thru the 3rd.

I'll help as much as I can, however I'm on an even tighter time crunch now than I was before lol.

As of right now I should be free that weekend. If nothing else comes up, like having to watch my sister's kids, my wife and I would be down to help.

Whoops, I completely misread the dates- my apologies...please forgive me.
Perhaps I can lend a hand now.

Thanks for all the offers. We don't have all that much to move. I can fit everything in the house in one of the larger Uhauls. Maybe a dozen pieces of furniture and not much in the way of boxes. Most of our extra stuff is sitting in storage and we will have till the end of May to move it.

Moving in will be on a Tuesday so I don't expect much of any help at all for that.

We are under contract on our new home. We are really excited. It has everything we were looking for. The house has a brand new kitchen, new flooring on main and upper levels, huge master suite, and my favorite the three car garage. It also has the additional bedrooms upstairs, one of those being really small (8x10) that is perfect for the wife's office. Property it 9,500 SF so the neighbors are far apart.

What the house needs:
-Back yard needs a ton of work
-exterior needs to be painted (will do this summer)
-carpet in basement needs to be replaced at some point. (we will have it cleaned)

Chris is scheduled to move into his new house at the same time this site is scheduled to meet its demise.
