512 is just as good its the same as I used in Afghanistan.

I know it's good. It's great. I just don't like it's use of AA batteries over the 516's 123 batteries. Granted AA are far more readily available, but the 512's use of them makes it half and inch longer. I like my rail space and half an inch is a lot IMO.

lol Yeah I really like how it looks mounted the length doesnt bother me, it works great with a 3x too

Hmmmm, I was thinking about getting a Trijicon scope, but this is a lot cheaper and still better than my iron sites lol.

Eric stick to the trijicon scope or get an elcan, expensive as hell, but awesome scope.

Trijicons are nice scopes man but if your not looking for magnification and quick sight alignment eotechs are better. I used this one to stress shoot. If your interested hit me up if your close ill meet you near your place. 303 928 9540
