anyone intimately familiar with NFA trusts? I want to stamp a couple lower receivers. I have a draft trust, but wanted to compare to an existing Colorado NFA trust and discuss the nuances of what establishes the existence of a trust. I had a freind in another state say that once the trust is notarized it is considered established, but also have read that I should have a checking account in the trust name.
