I've bought a few like Baseball Superstars 2010 and Zenonia. And MyRunTracker was 99 cents and is great if you walk or run and want to know how far you went.

LOL how did I forget about the DirecTV app when I work for them. I guess I just don't record stuff remotely very much and when I do I'm on a computer and just do it through the website.

Swype came with my HD2, and I love it. The phone isn't running 'Droid though, it's a WinMo 6.5. I can dual boot Android, and the hardward is compatible with WinMo 7, but I've yet to try either. Just no reason for me to so far.

I rooted my Fasincate. Was really easy, not problems at all. The risk of bricking it is pretty low, especially if you follow a well established guide. Some software allows you to "freeze" the installed programs rather than deleting them in case you want to take the phone in for warranty service or upgrade the OS through the cell provider. What specific questions do you have?

LOL I want to try the WinPho7 out on my Brothers HD2 but he won't let me. Neither will his wife or my sister. I had Android on my departed HTC TDII (Touch Diamond II) Was great. For now I have an original MyTouch.

It's really easy to do. I rooted mine the first day I bought it from T-bot. Got rid of the 1.5 software straight to 2.2 (Froyo).

Search for CyonagenMod. I don't have time to give you links now but there is a wiki up that will give you a step by step of what to download and what to do. Very simple if you can read and follow directions. If you get stuck I can help you out be it PMs or we meet up.

What phone is it BTW.

Super easy. Just google the model of your phone and "root" and you'll be able to do it. On mine I was able to download a one click setup, ran the program and had a rooted phone.

datsun, I have an Evo also and a friend of mine does too and he rooted his and said it was super easy. A one-click thing like Justin said. I haven't rooted mine yet because I haven't had a need to but I'll definitely do it before the next time I go on vacation so I can use the Wi-Fi tethering instead of having to use USB and PDANet.
