We put down 460 sf of hardwood which is over a 1/3 of our house. The entry, kitchen, and bathrooms will be tile. We will be putting down a floating floor in the basement (family room) to match hardwood we put on the main level. We probably have a couple of years before any new projects are started.

I'm calling bs on no new projects for a couple years. I don't think you are capable of that.

probably true, haha. It all depends on funds.
The three projects we are talking about next are:
-trim/new doors in bedrooms and bath
-tile in entry, closet door, door to garage
-start on backyard projects

We had our neighbor refinished the treads to match the floor stain. They look great.
I will need to repaint the white on the risers, etc. because of the stain getting on it. I hope to have this project complete very soon. My dad is coming over on Saturday to help get things done. I'm going to have to send the wife and kid to the inlaws for a weekend so I can finish the wood sealing.

I need to get some updated pics on here. The house should be done in the next month or so and then some "changes".
I still need to seal the stairs. I have the baseboard to install. I will be installing most of the baseboard for the house in the next couple of weeks.
I got the tile for the tile for the kitchen, entry, and bathrooms. That should be installed soon. There is a 7' wall in the kitchen that will be cut down to 3'-6" with an oak cap. I need to replace the vanity/lav in the main bathroom, replace the sink in the kitchen, and replace the lav in the half bath. Carpet will be installed by a pro in the family room. One more window to install. Some minor painting and touch up.
