The 7' wall is ready to cut down, electrical is moved. The entry and half bath is ready for tile to be laid this week, hardy backer board is installed in the entry. Most of the texture and paint touch up is done. Half bath is painted. I have one light left to install in the full bath and that is it for electrical. I need to move the box so it is centered over the sink.

I'm getting really close.

Glad to hear Christopher. Pics would be nice, but your detailed descriptions are (nearly) just as good.

I cut the kitchen wall down to 42" over the weekend. I did take a pic of it just after I cut it down. I'll get it posted soon. I also pulled the toilet on the half bath and cut all the tiles. I'll be installing the tile in the next couple of days. I need to get the tile installed so I can start grouting on Friday.

I need to come over and help so I can get experience doing this kind of stuff and do it myself someday lol. Oscar offered to help me with a bunch of stuff but he wants to do more demolition type stuff and he's inexperienced as well, so I took a rain check on that lol.

I'm almost done with the house. We should be done by the end of next weekend. The list is getting fairly small.

I still need to finish up the baseboard, kitchen tile is half done (had to split it because we needed a place to set the appliances), replace interior doors, drywall patch, paint touch-up, etc.

He was the third person in the accident. He walked away with really bad whiplash.

We just found out a few days ago that the kid fell asleep at the wheel.

Damn. That's crazy. I used to work with an Aaron Williams that now works at Schriever but I don't think he's 46.

The house is basically done. I'll post pictures this weekend.

The only really project we have is cleaning out the garage. I'm getting that done on Friday.

We are having pictures taken this afternoon. The house will go on the market in a few days.

It is official: http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/6615-Alberta-Dr-Colorado-Springs-CO-80918/13570236_zpid/

I still have a little bit of sheet rock to do in the garage, maybe 2 hours worth, and repair the garage door opener. It is amazing, I can actually get to the Galaxie and open the doors.
