I also agree that Fantastic Mr. Fox was extremely weird. I liked O Brother Where Art Thou? and Ocean's Eleven was Okay.

I didn't like the rest of those movies.

I never saw that movie either, but I'd gather they're similar. Having to watch one person talk to themselves for the entire movie just doesn't do it for me..

Well at least they make movies like GI Joe where the acting might be terrible but at least you don't get bored cause there's an explosion or shootout every 4 minutes.

I probably shouldn't have listed Fantastic Mr. Fox. Wes Anderson is a very weird dude and he's very much a love or hate kind of director. I love his stuff but I can definitely see how people could not like it. Up in the Air and The American though, I don't see how anyone could not like those, unless they only like the above mentioned movies with lots of CGI explosions.

Did you guys like The Expendables? I tried to watch it but it took me 3 tries to get all the way through it because Stallone is such a terrible actor, especially now that he's a million years old, and I just couldn't take the ultra cheesy one-liners. Shoot 'Em Up, on the other hand, I liked, because it was a parody of those kinds of movies. But the last Stallone movie I think I liked was Assassins with Antonio Banderas and Julianne Moore.

Heh, I've seen it...pretty lame, but I watched it with eyes wide open. Now, the new flick with Stallone and Arnold is interesting me. Lame in a FnF kinda way, but intriguing just the same.

I liked the Expendables for the action and I thought the one-liners were kinda funny. The acting was crap. Both Stallone's and Schwarzenegger's acting has gotten bad.

Stupid people. When did people become so stupid? No logic, no grammar, no common sense, no situational awareness...ridiculous.

absolutely awful. I got stuck watching it at the drive-in last year because it came on before 'Ted' (which was great.) I think I dozed off during Expendables.
