Both involving treadmills...

When I go to the gym, get on the treadmill, and the tv has CNN on. Of course, I'm too lazy to go get the remote, make the walk back, change it, then go take it back....then walk back to the treadmill again.

When I'm right in the middle of a good run, and oh, oh...I get a turtle

You're lazy once you get on the treadmill? Hehe. Bugs me that CNN is on everywhere you turn, too. At least in our lunchroom, it's usually on ESPN News.

yeah how are you suppose to get pumped up from watching the news.

I just got off the tread mill right now. You can't run outside in Iraq, unless you want to eat 100lbs of dust. But I have to have some good tunes on, otherwise it is the same story out here. News on every channel.

if you take the kids to the pool BEFORE you run, you should be turtle free unless you just ate taco bell....then you're a dumbass!
