Elevation FTW!! That's a HUGE reason I bought the MS6 over any NA cars.
I wouldn't mess with Robert's car at altitude or at sea level, though.
And don't feel like we're picking on Z-cars, Robert. Just seems we always run across the cornholio Z-drivers instead of the cool ones.

Smart guy.
LOL J/K You know I'm all about having fun.
And yes there are some idiot owners. Sad thing is there will only be more. With a base '03 going for $16-$18k any teenager can pick one up. And with the orignal '03/'04 owners trading up more will be available. Such is the cycle of cars.
By no means am I saying the 350Z is the fastest car on the block. But, you can't honeslty compare an '03/'04 350Z to an '06-'08 turbo Mazda at elevation. Might as well compare my TT Z to any slightly modded Speed. Just not in the same level.

Yeah, my old neighbor drives an o4 Z and used to just SCORCH me in my old 6S (3.0L, 220HP at sea level). I'd like to go up against him now, LOL.
At this elevation, we can even keep up with stock Mustang GTs.

Keep up with them? No the MS6 is faster then a stock one I think.

At altitude maybe. At sea level, the GT runs 0-60 in 4.9 and the MS6 does it in 5.4.
I know I did leave a stock GT behind by a few lengths the other day. WIthout much effort.

Im pretty sure Ive mentioned those times too... One was a supercharged, rear mounted turbo'd camaro (had no chance at that, but it was sure fun trying to follow him in traffic!!) and of course the time Jack whooped me like three times on the way to the Springs...that was ages ago though, Im pretty sure I could redeem myself against Jack now..lol, or Id at least be willing to try
I got handed my a$$ in my old 6S when I tried to pass a Durango R/T that didn't want to be passed.
That sucked. And an Altima 3.5 completely cleaned the street with my old car, too. I was very sad that day.

[font=Arial Black][size=100]Roadrnr06 was my leased 2006 Speed 6 which was purchased on 06-06-06. I have many fond memories of that car, and will be keeping my original profile as a memory of the great car that I once had.
My new user name is Roadrnr09 and showcases my new 09 Subaru WRX which I am very happy to have purchased as a replacement vehicle : )

definitely wont do it stock...my friend has one, he's got a CAI, stock elsewise, we race all the time, guarantee he's not in the 12's...Unless im in the high 11's...lol
quote from Edmuds:
Although it's easy to figure the TrailBlazer SS as a rival of the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8, it's more fun to think of it as the Dodge Charger RT fighter Chevy-heads have been clamoring for.
No, we're not crazy. Check the stats. They perform about the same, cost about the same, and both wear iconic nameplates from the muscle car era of the 1960s.
Our TrailBlazer, which stickered for $37,955, accelerated to 60 mph in 6.3 seconds and ran the quarter-mile in 14.4 seconds at 96.3 mph. The last Hemi-powered Charger RT we tested hit 60 mph in 6.2 seconds and blitzed the quarter-mile in 14.3 seconds at 98.6 mph.
Any stock ss would not last against you, Crystal....whatever you saw run low 12's was HEAVILY modded
