I'm assuming it was John. Like I said before, he made it pretty clear when he asked if I got permission from Andrew but didn't say anything about Graham.

Did you sign a Release form? If not then I believe you and "professional photographer have 50/50 rights. You can make money and he can make money. What he is doing is selling you a photograph he took. If you don't wish to buy it you don't have to. You can use it as it is YOUR car being photograph.

If anything you can sue him for making money and using your car commercially.
