That was sick! I've driven up a few times and there are some switchbacks toward the top I crawl around... couldn't imagine taking it that fast.

That run looks simply epic. And I find it endlessly fascinating to see how different vehicles have the upper hand on the Pike's Peak hillclimb as the course itself changes. Weren't AWD Audis the undisputed leaders in the 80s? But I guess they've added a lot of pavement, particularly that recent stretch near the very top, that's helped make the 911 GT3's record possible... Regardless, damned impressive, and I think I watched the onboard video of that run about ten times in utter fascination when it was released a few weeks back.

I LOVE GT3 CUP CARS! The way that sounds is simply music!

Honestly if i ever become rich and could afford a "expensive" car, i am buying a Cup car for the track and a Aston V12 Vantage for the road.
