This is why I'm so torn about the paving of the Pikes Peak Highway. Sierra Club sued and won, and so they have to eventually pave it over time to stop the destruction of the ecosystem from the gravel they lay down, but the best part of the race is bar-none the dirt parts. Some of that stuff 2 minutes in is absolutely insane. 2:56 made me pucker a little bit... :o

And I can barely see myself as he blows by at 5:50 :)

Stinks, that it won't be going to Denver, but I don't feel too left out, as there wasn't even a stop in Florida.......

His crew told me after the Hill Climb that he trashed a brand new set of tires in the process of the new record. I mean to the point of the car had to be brought down on a flat bed because they were all flat. Apparently he drifted all the way up the Peak. that must have been one hell of a fun ride!!!
:D

PS> how the hell do you get a video to embed on this web site?!!?!!!!!!!!@

Sweet Video.

Hyundai has come a long way since the '97 Tiburon I used to drive. What a piece of **** that was.
