Ok, so now that i've had the car for a few days, figure i would start a thread. Now, to forwarn everyone, I won't be setting this up as my track car. It will be my daily driver while i make the Evo the monster.

So far, i've driven it to Pueblo and back, as well as DD duty all week.

I replaced the crappy tires that were on it with Hankook Ventus HRII i got on sale from discount tire.

Here she was the day I got her:

and here is what i pulled out of her today:

the idle cleaned up well after the work. Also did an oil change and washed her up, just in time for the rain!

She make make an appearance in some photo shoots, just for fun!

THREAD REVIVAL!!!!!!

SO, in the hopes of simply improving the car as an overall day to day commuter, I have procured new suspension to replace the old OE struts and springs that support the car currently. Also, I've collected an NB2 center console with the real cup holders, the net/wind deflector for behind the seats, and some other misc plastics.

I'm also on the hunt for some different wheels, as I have grown to hate the konig's that are on it.

Next is the window motors to be replaced, as I have those sitting in the garage, and the windshield replaced, and the top patched and on the look out for a good condition top.

Pictures to follow once suspension arrives.

Nice. My Miata doesn't get any love anymore now that I don't have to drive it in the snow like I did when I had the Mustang. It just sits by the curb all lonely and sad. :\

Cool! I wonder how much easier a QR would make my car to get in/out.
