A new garage, hope I do it right.
Re: A new garage, hope I do it right.
Been messing around online mostly and the best Iv'e found so far are Clopay doors, but when you go through the online door build it won't option high lift tracks unless you select "commercial doors" I can't see why it would make any difference though.

You could always get the standard door and the conversion kit separately.

I got the slab poured and final measurements for the doors. I'm gonna call Clopay today and ask about the highlift option as all the local dealers seem to know nothing.
Started on the deck also!

I really need to start checking new posts more often. And I need to come see the property when I get back. This is awesome.

Nice. Jealous of your openes. No restrictions overhead. Have you installed yet?
When are you doing the wiring for the house?

Not installed yet, well into the wiring process, just some light fixture wiring left which is super tedious and requires so many trips up and down the ladder it is exhausting just thinking about it!
Ordered tile today and water heater, money is running thin but I'm running out of things to buy also, makes me anxious. Writing $10k+ checks makes me anxious in general, way different than just buying a house where it is like a week of thinking about how much money you are spending vs this year and a half thing I got going on.
