Postby anywereiroam » Thu Jul 04, 2013 9:14

Well im kinda broke and I need an a/c condenser and that cylinder look part
For my 2002es. Is there any other Mazdas I can get this from or anyone
Have a protege there parting out. I'm sick of not having a/c in my car and going far distances!

"that cylinder look part" sounds like a dryer, which you have to get new since its a one time use item.

Check out junk yards. My friend with a 98 Civic got all the parts he needed to put A/C in his car for around $500 I think.

I think that was including labor for things he couldn't do himself that he had to have done professionally like getting it charged the first time. I know he didn't do that himself.

There was a guy on Craigslist parting out a 2002 Protege a month or two ago. I think he was in Arvada, maybe?
I probably still have his phone number somewhere - PM or EM me if you need it.

IIRC, it was a complete car, a little banged up, but he had no title so was parting it out.

That's also a civic though. Haha have you been to a junk yard in Denver? Swarmed with civics.

Of course I have :p Point being, it might be the easiest way to find some of the parts you need.
