Well its been a while since i been on here. Been mostly on MSF.org. Anyways just thought i'd start a new thread to show updated progress. I get a lot of people around town who are new to this platform asking me whats done and what not, so i decided to update everyone. There isn't a lot of pictures because I was busy working on the car but this is what the wife captured. I originally blew the turbo seal at about 12,000 miles and replaced with a re manufactured K04 that had machined pressed seals instead of the factory hand pressed seals. Then it was time for the GTX3071r install.

Valve cover seal was leaking so we replaced that and while it was off, we also painted the valve cover.

Here is the turbo bolted up to the manifold.

Here is just a recent random pic after the installation of Ksport Kontrol Pro Coilovers and Full Race Turbo Manifold. Hope to see you guys around town and maybe at some meets. If any of the Mazdaspeed guys need help, just let me know. We usually have mini meets at my house, only thing i ask is you have to sign the "wall". If you dont know ask AuroraAxela, Mortose, or anybody else whos been by.

It's people like you that are giving genpu's a good name. I'm starting to come around and that's not good.

I appreciate it guys. The guys on MSF showed me the right way and i took the tips and suggestions. My whole intention with this car was to make it a pretty decently fast DD and i'm close to accomplishing that. Car still has yet to be dyno'd but wifey will be taking care of that when i head up to Alaska since im PCSing there. As of right now the car is on a E85 base map and still has a lot left it in it to safely run as a DD. Next for it will be a whole new and little bit more aggressive tune by one of the E-Tuners on MSF. I will be keeping this thread updated on its progress and post up some numbers once fully tuned :)
