Fender Rolling - Saturday March 3rd

I will be renting a tool and attempting to roll my rear fenders this weekend to add clearance between the wheel and fender. Rather than let the expense of the tool rental go to waste on my car only I thought I should ask if anyone else wants to use the fender roller/help out?

Anyone wanna get in on this? I'll be using my dad's garage in Brighton unless one of you chimes in with a different garage location near Denver that we could use.

I might be interested. Rolling the fender doesn't do anything but roll the small lip on the inside of the well tighter to the outer wall (great explanation...), right? Therefore, there is no exterior change to the car?
I may do this just in case I end up with a little more aggressive wheel/tire combo. I was thinking of going to a 7" +45, which should be no problem, but htere is a 7"+38, that may be close.
As a bonus, Junkie may be coming through that part of twon, and he has experience with rollers...I think I read he actually owns one. Might want to check with him.

Correct, no exterior change. The lip on my MS6 extends into the wheel well about an inch, and now with my inch wider wheels I could potentially rub my wheel on that lip and hurt the tire if I hit a bad pothole or something.
I'll try sending Junkie a message and see if he can chime in.

Also, does anyone have a heat gun I could borrow? If not then I'm going ghetto mode with a space heater and blow dryers lol.

You're in luck, I have a fender roller AND a heat gun lol. My roller has been through hell but it still works. I'll bring them up on Saturday. Where are we doing this? I'll be at Shadow's house anyway helping with his car. Is that too far for you guys?

Oh wow this thread worked out better than expected! I'll PM Shadow for his address. It can't be too far from where I am, I am 10 minutes from downtown Denver.

12:30 would be good.
I'll give you the address this evening or pm it tomorrow.
Will we want all 4 corners up for the fender rolling?
Also, I figured I would just fire up the grill. Neither of you are vegetarians or anything are you?

Got the address. Thanks!
You don't have to put up all 4 corners for rolling. You can do one side of the car then the other, or front then back, whatever you want.
Hell no I'm not a vegetarian, I love grilled food lol. Anything I need to bring food wise?

Nope. I have a little less than half a cow in my freezer + elk. Just a matter of picking out what you guys want. steaks, burgers, ribs, or I can throw a roast in the slow cooker and do some pulled beef.
If the weather is not so conducive for grilling, I'll do pulled beef or ribs in a slow cooker.
