89 mx6 gt coolant line/tubo blow?

so took car out kinda showed my friends 2011 legacy what mazda has stop at the light and smoke just coming out from under the hood so turbo leaking oil, and there is like some coolant hose that is leaking pretty amount of coolant but couldn't get under the car to get a better look..... so is it like normal thing for these cars to blow coolant lines and turbos? =D i know trannys are bad but what else should i except to break in it? and if any body would know how do i fix my RPM gauge it just works when ever it wants to... not like its a big deal but i just like to see where rpms are at =D
