We have a local customer doing a 3071 build this week and getting tuned on Saturday. Not too many builds get it all at once. 3k miles and completely stock to fully bolted, CPE HPFP, 3071, pro tune, and a bunch of other goodies. Here's a little taste of what's going on the car this week. We'll post up a few other pics and vids after tuning is done on Sat. We'll be hitting the track either next week or the week after and we'll post some vids for that too. Good stuff!

are you sticking with the internal wastegate? Been a couple years, but the Garrett IWG always had issues with boost creep on the disi, have they changed anything?

Can't Wait!

I can not wait until I get this car back from the shop (MacAutoSport) this Saturday. Thanks to JP at EdgeAutoSport.com for documenting the build for me. Thanks to his customer service and amazing prices, I was able to get an incredible amount of mods. I am dropping over $10,000 into my 2011 MS3 in 4 days. As you can imagine, I had to be selective about what I could afford and what would give me the most bang for my money. I just wanted to get as much done in one shot as I could, and even with 10K, you still can't afford everything. However, we will be adding to this car within the next year, so ExMan, Coil Overs, ect. are coming...

We mostly have CP-E parts going in, but also have an Ultimate Racing catback, Cobb Tuning AP, HKS BOV, James Barone Racing mods, pro dyno tune, and more! The list is huge! We'll be posting the entire documented list of parts, and of course AP data log comparison, 1/4 run times, dyno results, and a crap ton of pics and vids. I hope you guys are as exited as I am! This has been an insanely fun experience. This weekend is freaken gonna rock. I will crap my pants when I hit that gas pedal for the first time on Saturday.

I have officially named this build the Mach 3

I know they made it bigger at some point but I think it was after I got in the game so I'm not sure when. We're just going to see how well this setup works and go from there.

1.26 is a pretty big correction factor, especially for a turbo car. But it's a good thing because that much actual power on stock internals would likely be Zoom Zoom Boom.

Uh...there's been plenty of people running higher numbers just fine.on stock internals. Looks good man!
