Are you monitoring your DI fuel pressure with the Dashhawk? That will tell you if it's a fuel pump issue. Kind of unlikely that a dying fuel pump would limit the car to 4500rpm. It would just cut out when the pump was stressed, not at a specific rpm.

Have you rest your ECU by pulling the negative battery cable for a couple minutes? Any CEL? Any codes that the Dashhawk can see?

If that doesn't work you might try reflashing your map as that almost sounds like Valet mode.

could it also just be a bad tune? if it doesnt work

Not likely. I would just try reflashing your tune again. See what happens then.

Have a SRI on it?

Will it go above 4500rpm free-revving while stopped? Or without much load on the car? Or is it only stopping you at 4500rpm when you are WOT?

I bet you anything the VSL (vehicle speed limiter) is messed up in your launch control settings. Your VSL should be like 12. If you have it too high, it won't turn off the lower rev limiter until you get above the MPH you have set for your VSL. So if you never get to that speed, it will keep you under that rpm indefinitely.

Try just changing your settings to these in ATR and reflashing and seeing what happens.

FFS Rev Limit: 5300
LC Rev limit: 2800
VSL: 10 (mph)

would that get messed up well over month and half since my tune though?

Did you just play with the launch control settings? This doesn't actually have anything to do with the tune itself. It's a launch control thing.

Could your car drive on the stock calibration? If so, try uninstallting the AP and see if it works. That way you can determine if you have a calibration/tune issue or another problem.
