+1. Tc is a chick car. Or an old man car. Seriously, I've only ever seen women (mainly teenage) girls and 70+ year old men driving them. You might as well get a civic and rice it.

yes i am very serious they are teh standard...you can put a turbo kit on those cars and get more hp out of that car then you can out of a mazdaspeed3...their is a cut off at a point with these cars and i've had nothing but problems with my car im done with it....

You will have more problems with your turbo tc. I used to be in the colorado scion group, scinergy. It isn't all just plug and play like you think. The guys that made their setups work with the turbo'd 2.4 Liter have a lot of money wasted on their cars, and had to deal with a lot of undertakings to get it to work...When it does work, they'll tell you how easy and great their car is, sure. But that's the case with a lot of people. They try to justify the thousands of dollars they've poured into their cars. The interior isn't better; it's cheap and plastic-y (I ran dynomat all over my TC to keep the rattle noise down.) Plus it's still just another FWD car.

Personally, I'd wait a year for the toyota/subaru FT-86.

if your looking for bigger hp numbers, ditch the stock ecu and go standalone. or you can get shorter gearing.
gotta pay to play though

What do you want your MS3 to do? Make 400whp on the stock turbo with a flash tune? Give me a break...the MS3 is a very capable car, but it's also a budget-priced entry level sport compact. Like Ian said, you gotta pay to play, sell your MS3 and shell out $40k for an Evo X.

Do you have a TMIC on it, that you want to sell?

Yea the Scion TC is a HUGE downgrade from the MS3. Grass is always greener man. I understand wanting to get rid of a car that has had problems, but don't go to a TC because you think it will be better or faster.
Barn, I may have a TMIC for sale soon. Don't want to get your hopes up or anything but there is a remote possibility I may be upgrading cars too. But to an actual upgrade, not a definite downgrade like a TC.
