Way to phuck up a good thing Audi.

Postby LaginWagon » Wed Sep 29, 2010 9:14

Audi finally revealed today at the Paris Motor Show the well-camouflaged coupe that's been tooling around Europe. It's called the Audi Quattro, and it's a concept-only tribute to 30 years of rally racing.

Based on a massively shortened RS5, the Quattro sports a 2.5-liter five-cylinder turbo engine just like the good old days. This mill can churn 408 hp, enough to take the aluminium Quattro to 60 mph in 3.8 seconds, via the high-tech all-wheel-drive system. And the package comes close to weighing what the Sport Quattro toted in 1984.

Where are the fender box flares? The steep raked windshield? Pretty poor homage to one of the greatest cars Audi ever built...

Hmm...I think it actually looks pretty damn good!

But in comparison to the original, yeah not very similar...still bad *** tho

I love the fastback type style/design

I like all of it. It's not my favorite car for looks, but I still think it's pretty sexy.
