So i put my cobb accessport stage 2 map in and ever since i did that its throw to lean at idle codes up is that something to be really concerned about and i removed the code through the cobb and it continues to pop back up...with all the parts is their just to many parts for the cobb map taht i would have to take it to be tuned by someone else
What kind of intake are u running? If its an aem or mazdaspeed that could be ur problem.

Do you have a dashhawk? If not, using the AP, look at your AFR at idle. Should be in the 14s. Also look at your STFT at idle. Should be between -10 and +10. When I was getting Too lean at idle it was because of a vacuum leak.
Also make sure you're using the map designed for the Cobb intake, not the Mazdaspeed intake. It makes a difference.

My vacuum leak was on a T fitting I was using as a reducer from the large stock vacuum line to the BPV and the smaller connection on my Synapse. I had the T capped off and the cap came off, causing crazy high STFTs and idle in the 16s-17s AFR. If your STFTs are +5-25 it seems like you probably have a leak somewhere. Are you running an aftermarket blowoff valve? I would check any lines you messed with there if so. That's where my problem was.
And yea I have read that a dirty MAF sensor can cause P2187 as well.
