I was thinking about it, and honestly, with the MaxCare warranty you can get on it, it might not be a bad investment. WIth that warranty, any repair done AT CarMax is a $50 deductible, and any repair done at someplace else is a $75 deductible. So get a 3-year warranty on it and have some M5 FUN!

I drove by but they have the lot locked up so you can't just drive through there and I didn't feel like getting out and being hounded by a salesman so I didn't get to see it.

Still, my wife's 1.8T Jetta was a fun car to drive with a very nice interior. It just started having all sorts of electrical problems that even the dealer couldn't figure out. They'd charge us $800 and tell us it was fixed, and then a week later the problem would come back, so finally we just traded it in for an Impreza. Interior isn't as nice but it's a beast in the snow and has been pretty reliable so far.

My chipped A4 is in the shop and I've been driving a rental Nissian Sentra. Wow, the difference is just about night and day!!!!!

Well, I already get speeding tickets in my slow Civic DD, so I personally would not benefit from another fast car, as much as I'd love to have one LOL.

I miss having a turbo....I-70 in the mountains kills my Jeep. But I choose a slow vehicle for good reasons. Next car will definitely be forced induction!

I feel like going and driving that M5 or maybe a Camaro SS just to appreciate my boost more. Nothing quite like that kick-in-the-pants surge of torque.
