Shay was polite and Nick was cool as always. He's the one that actually did my dyno runs. After I met him again I remembered he was the one that did the dyno runs on my SRT4 a few years back. Bill was polite enough while trying to talk me out of going catless to save the environment. I can definitely seem him rubbing people the wrong way though.

Exactly. Nick is good at what he does and can relate to customers. Bill seems to only care about money, and how much he can get out of your pockets. I've never seen him care one bit about customer satisfaction or business integrity.

Fortunately there are alternatives in the general area. I'd still deal with MAC, but I'd be VERY clear about my expectations of them prior to any agreement.
