One of the common complaints (other than oil)...the goofy "see-through" sun visors on these things. I agree. Why are there holes in my visor? Isn't it supposed to block the sun??

Yeah, I guess if the windshield fell out, air would still flow through them. I think Mazda has since changed them after the collective automotive world said WTF.

how much would that cost to upgrade? if you were to buy some from a more recent model....just a thought...maybe get some

Not sure if they've changed for sure...but a quick glance shows replacements at $88 each. I never use 'em anyway, so I'll save the $176 for something fun.

yes I would think with your new windshield tint you wouldn't have much use for them.... good point sir....
I must say that is a bit pricey for sun visors...

yes...some wierd holes in the visor that well defeat the purpose of a visor in the first place....like a swiss cheese umbrella...wtf....ya know?
i would note the holes aren't as big on the visors
