does el paso have emissions? i bought my car new there and have no idea about that stuff (inspection is totally different in nj)

Doesn't matter if anyone does anyway. When you go register your car, they'll ask you for proof of residence such as a utility bill. They'll also check to see if your insurance is listed at the same address. They're no falling for that stuff anymore. At least the Weld county office did.

No emissions in Larimer county. When we registered they didn't require a utility bill or anything for proof of residency....

i dont think so...i have a MD license, wyoming registration and MD residence...ive talked to a patrol officer about it and there isnt anything wrong with it.
