I dont know of any shops that tune a UniChip, thats why I went with the CPe Standback.

What exactly is it? I dont really understand, is it a chip or what?

its a piggyback, plug into your obd sensor, and it automatically tunes your car. you dont tune anything, comes with maps and you can switch maps basically at push button...kinda like how diesel trucks do it with their piggybacks that they can switch from "race" mode to "tow" mode and "economy" mode...this makes so you can on the go tune your car to run at higher boost rather than having to take it into a shop and have them tune your stand alone management system...its completely "Plug and Play"...literally plug it in, ground to your clutch bolt, and drive.

ive looked at this ems and i thought it was impressive but i asked around and not too many people run it. most people stick with the cobb accessport or the cp-e standback. the only downside to this is that it comes with two maps but no software so that you can tune it yourself and there is a small amount of shops that deal with unichip so you dont have nearly as much convenience. If you want an piggyback go with cp-e's standback but if you want something a little more advanced without going full standalone go with the ap
