Okay I found a 1993 RX-7 turbo for 10,995. Its got 94,000 original miles on the chassis and 4,000 on a rebuilt engine. They said the turbos have about 20,000 miles. Apexi catback, bonez downpipe, apexi intake, M2 ECU, short throw shifter, the mid downpipe gasket needs to be replaced and a few sensors need to be reconnected...Should I jump on this or what?

paints in bad shape, they said its good running condition...going to look at it today, but being that i have little to no idea about rotary engines its going to be a tough call. Is 10995 unrealistic for a good shape rx-7?

you probably would have a better response in the rotary section. I'm not sure what FD's are going for. If you go look at it, take some pics.
