is my car pzev

i got my mazda in sept 07 from bob penkus in the springs and im about to buy the reactive kit and i cannot figure out if its pzev or not. colorado doesnt participate in the pzev program, correct? but that doesnt nessasarily mean the car is not pzev. it has 2 cats. 1 in the dp and one after, but it only has o2 sensors in the dp. if it was pzev it would have one after the second cat, correct?

I thought the pzev cars were only sold in CA.

Call MNAO and have them check the VIN.

im not gonna bother... it cant be pzev there is not o2 sensor after the second cat
