i dont think the Cobb would change the sound much because it silicone, but mine thats aluminum makes the car sound totally different.., I can hear my turbo spool almost louder than my intake. And once you take the stock piece off, you will throw up in your mouth.. Theres definitely going to be an improvement over stock in airflow alone

p.s., Ive taken mine on and off now about 10 times, if anybody needs help installing theirs, let me know

I get in touch with you when it comes in. You have tools at your shop I can borrow or should I bring some? What do I need? 8mm, 10mm, extension, knuckle, etc...?

i would guess that you should let the car cool down a great deal before doing this...

its really not all that necessary to let the car cool down. You will be working on the battery side of the engine only... the clamp on the turbo can be reached easily with a 4" extension and a deep well 10mm socket without getting near the manifold..
