So I got some snows for my 5

The stories I've heard about the stock 5 tires being bad in snow, got me to buy some snows tires and wheels for this winter.
I priced out a set of 16" steelies and Bridgestone Blizzak LM-25s from TireRack.
The LM-25s are a performance winter tire, so they should perform will on dry pavement. I went with 16" wheels instead of 17" wheels because a higher profile tire has better snow traction, and the tires are considerably cheaper.
I then took the quote to DiscountTire. DiscountTire pretty much matched the price. They ended up not have any steel wheels available and upgraded them with bottom of the line aluminum ones at no charge. The wheel upgrade made me especially happy, tho I have to now be careful to keep the wheels clean, because the mag chloride can do a number on soft metals.
So it was like $760 (including a $100 rebate).
