They are only less than 12 hours or so into it. It didn't go live until mid-day today.

Well I DL'd to support the cause but I con't Give up IE for some reason. When I got vista and it was already preinstalled with IE7 Which everyone should install I got hooked. Dropped everything else. It just feels so cumfy. And I love my tabs. It's probably that Aero tool bar that keeps me hooked though. I don't get that with FF. :(

Yeah, I have no qualms with IE7. I have it on both my machines at home and Firefox on the laptop (Vista machine). I had Firefox a couple years ago on my desktop and got rid of it after awhile.

Running FIrefox 3 on this comp now. As soon as I'm satisfied with it, I'll install it on our other three machines. I hate IE.

I rock FF and Slimbrowser, and occasionally safari.

2.0.0.14 download? That's the same version I already have. Is there not a 3 for Windows?

upgraded from Firefox 2.xxxx over a month ago to Ver. 3... so far so good.

IE7 is just trying to copy Firefox/Mozilla with the Tab Browsing and the search bar. Can't Microsoft come up with something original instead of copying everyone else?

I found it, finally. The big button on the "download day" page is 2.0.0.14, so I just had to look a little bit. I'm lazy, I don't want to search! Haha!

The big button directed me to 3.0. Weird. Oh well. I'm still using a combo of IE6 and FF3 at work. I'm too lazy to transfer over my security certificates over to FF3.

I'm in the same boat...for non-work apps (some that don't play nice with FF) I use IE6. Otherwise, I've exclusively used FF for a long time now.
