I really need some help here. I have been taking my car into Burt for a while now, but everytime I leave the shop, the problem is either not fixed or something is damaged. I worked directly with the shop manager and then he stopped calling me back. Does anyone have a good contact there?
I am not trying to flame them, I am only looking to get a problem fixed. Seriously ongoing for over 1.5 years.

Thanks for the quick response, I look forward to working with the new service manager on these issues!

Got the call, he seems ALOT more helpful then Ed. I'll post after I get the car in and the work is done.
Thanks again!
