I think we've already seen what it looks like (ugly), but the big question is -- will there be AWD or V6/MTX combo? And the answer to both is probably "no."

Oh god that car does look weird. Like the grill of an RSX, seriously tweaked lights and front fenders of an 8, and the body of a Camry. I think I am a bigger fan of the MS6 but I'll hold verdict until I get to test drive it.

That's OK, Josh, you know my situation. I won't be in one until those features ARE available anyway. Hell, the next Speed6 might be available by the time I can get my next Mazda.

OK, so I took the 9 in for a repair (minor stuff) and the Bob Penkhus guys were told the new 6 wouldn't be on their lot until August at the earliest. They said AWD and MTX are still up in the air, with no firm answers yet. Of course, all that came with, "They're already comparing it to the BMW and Lexus offerings."

yeah...uhhhh...whatever.

thats what mazda is saying.. they want to build a car to compete with the 3 series. AS of right this minute when i do a search for a car on the mazda site (only dealers can access) there is no option for awd, or manual v6... we are hearing aug as well maybe a little sooner.

Well, the current 6 has been favorably compared to the 3-series in HANDLING. Now they have to get there in power, interior, and features.

I wonder if Mazda is working with the same company that is promoting the new Def Leppard CD. No wise cracks about Def Leppard! :9b5bde:
