Ya feel the motor more, but guess it will settle as the mount breaks in, tested on the street, Josh thinks we now have some ppl thinking "Did that mazda just do THAT?"

This is true. But it depends on which install you are talking about. With the CAI on the old 3, we (not josh) did manage to drop one of the MAF bolts down into the under tray... but that was not a big deal because the ms CAI came with its own "cooler" MAF bolts.
And the Cobb SF Intake install was flawless and took no more than 30 minutes.

Hmmm..... stiff motor mounts. Gotta love them! I have a full set of polyurethane mounts in my Protege. Good stuff.

Hey Josh (Bertha) how much better is it overall? Does it prevent a lot of the awful engine movement between shifts ect?

Bertha- did you order directly from street unit?

Yeah I ordered it directly from streetunit, they were out of the normal ones so they upgraded me for free (just an idea if you wanted the full black for the price of the normal one)

Yeah it's stiff, I think the shifting is smoother now.
