A p-port 20B with ITBs is teh sex, but I don't think it's a very streetable engine. P-port rotaries don't come alive until high rpm, and then when they do, they stream, kind of like a 2-stroke with a power valve. Which won't really give you a "super linear" powerband as it will be rather peaky.
