I have (HAD) the same problem on my MS3 where the LTFT is a little into the positive even at idle but the STFT is a little negative.
I just received my HyperTech today and installed it. Now my LTFT is dead at 0 all the time. HyperTech actually found a code that the car and the DashHawk didn't display. Apparently, I was overboosting for the stock ECU. That should go away now with the HyperTech tune.
So far so good. And for $330 it fixes issues and add more power. I can't complain. I'll keep monitoring everything of course to make sure that everything is safe.
LTFT's
Tut, if you haven't already done all that I would just change one thing like the BPV back to stock first and see how that goes. If you put the BPV and intake and TIP all back at the same time it will be harder to determine the culprit. Better to just change 1 thing at a time.

Good point Erod. Though I thought about that when I pulled off the bpv, I ended up just pulling everything off. If I didn't have to replace the recirc hose, I would've just swapped them and checked the LTFT's again.
As with the last fiasco of me finding a radiator hose (and cutting it right) to allow for the monstrous Synapse... I bought 2-3 some odd overpriced radiator hoses...and sure enough, destroyed them all before I found one that worked.
$30 in radiator hose later, I have the POS stock tip back on:
I should of just tried the flexible hose first, but of course I didn't:

and finally...

I've gone for a couple drives...
The bad news: The Speed is dog-slow now! My boost was spiking in the 13's and spinning the tires in 3rd gear. Now I'm at 11psi and feeling restricted.
The good news: At idle, my LTFT is -4.7 ... between the negatives and zero when cruising ... and only +3 to +4 during spirited driving.
At the very least, I gave myself some practice taking this stuff on and off.
The Speed is a completely different car without the SRI/TIP.

Yea I don't think I could keep the car stock. It's so much slower without the mods, hehe. Just ask Troy.
