It's been my understanding that the popular alternative is just the autotec option, usually for 3-4 hundo. I've heard mixed reviews and whatnot. Availability seems to be the common problem here.

Intended to go with Autotech, but they have ended up taking over a month to ship-out, so i had to cancel my order. Mikedubs, sems like you were spot on! Ended up going with this option: http://hpfpupgrade.com/Products/Show/Audi/2.0T+FSI/Audi+FSI+Complete+High+Pressure+Fuel+Pump They also do MS3's too..
