I know everyone here thinks they're worthless pieces of trash, but I've always been a Mustang fan (there are a few dark periods, but overall). My sis had an '82, I had a '67 and an '03 as my company car at HP, we had 5 others in the family as well. So an '08 GT for $19k sounds like a smokin' deal to me. Although they're from some "performance fleet", so who knows what the history/mileage of the vehicles is.

Ive owned 4 Mustangs in the past... a 92 GT, a 93 Saleen, a 95 GT, and a 2004 GT. My favorite was by far the Saleen, got alot of compliments on it, and it was the only car that I sold for more than what I bought it for. The new model is my least favorite, I think they all look the same, no major distinguishing characteristics between the v6 and the gt. The only ones I like that are new are the GT500's... but at that price range, there are alot better cars.

I am not a fan of anything Ford... except the Mustang's and the Ford GT. I would definitely rock a Mustang GT and all other V8 model Mustangs of the current style. Its a great deal on a sweet car so long as they haven't been beaten in their "performance fleet."

Did you know thats only a small percentage true? It was built by some Japanese people in Japan... lol. And so far i have found two things with FoMoCo on them; the valve cover, and the airbag control unit has a FoMoCo sticker on it. Granted there are more, but so far thats what i have found.

I love Mustangs! I'm on my 3rd Mustang right now...an '88 LX hatch. This is my project car and is being built to handle the road course and auto-x tracks. I've had a '98 and an '02 GT, both heavily modified. I am not a fan of the 05+ stangs, I've never liked them since they came out. I love the new edge and Fox bodies.
