I heard there is suppose to be a big jump in the number of makes offering diesels in this country next year. The rest of the world uses diesels for a large percentage of their cars, why can't we?

I heard, once we start everyone will switch to bio-diesel and thats like $0.38 per gallon or something like that. There is no money for the goverment to capitalize on. Just what i heard and a guess.

I saw a video of a car that lotus made i think that was more a track car than anything else, but it got the same specs as this, and wipped around the track doin 212MPH or something like that...
