Those of you with an aftermarket TMIC, from your butt dyno how much of a difference to you notice the lack of heat soak compared to the itsy bitsy stock TMIC?
Of all the forced induction cars I've had, this little 4 banger is killed by any temps over 55*-60* more than any of the others I've owned. Of course I never owned a car with a TMIC, just SMIC's & a FMIC. I really hate the idea of cramming an IC on top of an engine.....

I've had the ETS 3.5 inch TMIC installed for over a year now. I can promise you it will make a big difference in dealing with the heat soak issue. Before I got the ETS, I noticed the stock TMIC would heat soak in a matter of minutes on a warm day. The only time the ETS heat soaks is when idling for an extended period of time on a hot day. Other than that it performs great. It's probably not as good as the CPE FMIC would be, but it's also a lot cheaper and way easier to install than a FMIC. Besides the heat soak issue, the stock TMIC is really small and constricts the airflow. I noticed the turbo spooled up quicker after the ETS was installed.
