F2 is screwing me

ok so last wensday i call up f2 and order the f2 cat back for my 3 well they said it would be sent out today and b here on monday well today is monday and im wondering where my package is so i call them up about 6 times today when i finally get someone to pick up they tell me it hasn't been shipped yet. this agrivates me a little so i ask if he's serious and im told that the ups driver never came. i ordered it last wensday how could he have not come from wensday to now if i managed or owned a reputable company and i was supposed to send out orders to my customers i would have been calling ups the next morning if they had not come out to pick up orders. i should have been contacted if my exhaust wasnt shipped out or was back ordered especially when i was told it would be shipped that day and here it is almost a week later. i want to say screw it and cancel my order but it will probably take a week to get my money back.

A week doesn't seem too bad. I'm on day 17 here, albeit from a different company. I just got a tracking number today.

its not a big deal that i have to wait its a big deal that i was not informed that it would not be here on time.. thats some bad customer service right there

well Ricardo called me (owner i assume) and assured me he would have it here by Thursday the person i got a hold of when i called was not very helpful which is disappointing but w/e
