I'll say this much. I really, really like my RX-8, but I bought it as a long term project car. It is definitely not a practical vehicle at all. Weather-wise, with Colorado weather, you MAY have a few days in the winter that you can't drive it.

Two very different choices with buying vs leasing as well. Same payment, I'd go for the purchase instead of the lease. (As long as it's not some god-awful 84 month loan.)

Before long, that wife or small dog will want kids. Then the 8 will do you no good.

Then again, if you're leasing, who cares?

MEh...just wait for the Mazdaspeed MX-5. ZOOM.
