Can't help you on a name. Just note that a good tune will be a big part of what keeps your engine intact. You're likely going to be well outside of what your stock maps can handle, even at 5 psi. It's worth the money, and an extra few hundred spent on someone who really knows what they're doing may save you thousands in the long run. I had someone tune the carbs on my 1971 Datsun 510, turned out they didn't know SU carbs very well. Ended up cooking a valve which was lots of money to fix.
