Well, my neighbor just got a good deal on a '12 CX9 and '12 mazda3 sport. that was here in the springs, but i don't know if they are a mazdaspeed dealer. i'm going to find out this weekend, because me and my wife are going to go test drive a CX7 and a new speed3 if they have one.

BTW, right now mazda is doing a thing that if you test drive a car, they will donate $25 to children can read fund (or something like that).

Gen1 Speed3 or GenPu (gen 2) Speed3? Specific model year you want (not sure, but I do believe 08.5+ have fewer problems, could someone clarify?)
Budget?
Looking for cars under a certain mileage or do you care?
Specifically a speed3, or would you consider a Speed6 too? Both have their benefits.

As for cars available:
http://www.cars.com/for-sale/searchresults.action?dlId=&dgId=&AmbMkNm=Mazda&AmbMdNm=MazdaSpeed3&AmbMkId=20073&AmbMdId=21492&searchSource=ADVANCED_SEARCH&rd=100&zc=80112&uncpo=2&cpo=&stkTyp=U&VType=&mkId=20073&mdId=21492&alMdId=21492&alMkId=20073&mkId=20073&mdId=21450&alMdId=21450&alMkId=20073&prMn=&prMx=&clrId=&yrMn=&yrMx=&drvTrnId=&mlgMn=&mlgMx=&transTypeId=&kw=&kwm=ANY&ldId=&rpp=50&slrTypeId=

Looks like there aren't many at actual mazda dealerships currently. I do know there's an employee from Groove on arapahoe road that is a member on here. I think they only have a Speed6 right now, no speed3s. But he could probably help you out getting a good deal on it if you would settle for a speed6.

I have the 08.5. yes, they seem to have lesser problems. The big thing with the 08 and the 08.5 is that it has a slightly different turbo, to reduce the smoking issues. you will be able to tell, because it will have a "piano black" trim on the interior. Before then it was a silver/grey.

are you military?

and have you checked mazda's website.

If your looking for a brand new one, might as well have it built exactly for you and have it delivered.

and thats funny, cuz that is pretty much the only thing i don't like about them. lol. but i would still love to get into one, would LOVE those longer gears!

I like Groove Mazda on Arapahoe. No idea if they are mod-friendly though.

I actually got my Subaru Legacy from McDonald Mazda after my 6 took a massive dump on itself and decided it needed a new engine :p
The buying experience seemed pleasant, we got the price down on the car to what we thought was an acceptable level. The salesman was really nice and not too super pushy (compared to a couple dealerships we went to when my dad was looking for a car back in 2010). As for service, well I've yet to take it in to have the TPMS sensor reset as they said they would be because it ended up having a busted one that they didn't sync up before we took the car back because we wanted it instead of waiting another day. We'll see if they follow through (that would be at the independent subaru dealer they have right next door, it's a McDonald dealer, but they don't sell new subarus, just used).
As for mod friendly mazda dealers, well Jimmy is super modded with his 8 and I think he's had decent experience at Mazda of Lakewood. Not sure about anyone else. I'd wait for others to chime in on that part.

I got my timing chain and VVT replaced at gateway Mazda a few months back. They seemed like a pretty decent dealership....
