Intresting. Can you post each time throught the whole 1/4 for me. (RT-1/4) Just something to gauge off of for my own use? Not the same cars but it will give me some idea of what to expect.

Run 1 - Like I said, heatsoaked before I even started and bogged the launch badly. Also missed 3rd and 5th.

MPH - 100.44

2nd run - Didn't bog as badly and didn't miss any gears but still heatsoaked. BATs hit 185 on this run. Unfortunately, this was my best run of the night.

1/4 - 14.404

3rd run - Flashed to a different map (same tune without the launch control turned on) since I think the launch control was hurting rather than helping. Bogged the launch horribly again. The track was WAY stickier than I expected so while I'm holding back in first trying not to spin the tires, I end up screwing myself because I don't think I could have spun them if I tried. BATs were still in the 170s on this run even after sitting for 20 min.

My traps were pretty consistent and I think with a good launch and no heatsoak I could get into the 13s. But I just don't see how I can avoid the heatsoak with the TMIC while waiting in line. I thought I was going to have a good shot for a fourth run because I was 3rd in line for the group I was in which would mean very little idling but before I could go again it started pouring rain so I left. Doubt I'll go back with this car. People don't talk about how much this car sucks at the 1/4 for nothing. It's just too hard to launch and the gearing is bad for the 1/4, so I'll just stick to 40 roll races where I can hang with 12 sec cars.

Bentley Continental GT - 13.99
Camaro SS (new one) - 15.3 (twice so I don't think it was just a bad run)
"Hennessy" Challenger - 13.637 - ran against this guy. Didn't see under his hood but he had a HPE575 and Hennessy badge on the back. Was yacking away on his cell phone in the staging area too. Seemed like a douche.

Neon SRT-4 - 16.6. Must have messed up the launch badly.

Oh yea, I almost forgot about the guy in the yellow Hyundai Genesis 3.8 Coupe who ran a 15.9 and was talking to his friend in a Tiburon about the axleback exhaust he was going to buy for $1100.

WMI will eliminate (mask) your heatsoak issues, BAT's get into the 60's at full boost.

Yea if I ever go back with this car I will get a WMI kit installed first.

I am looking forward to next year when I can get the car more or less the way I want it to be. I had an encounter with a C6 the other day after we took off, I was able to pull on him a little. What I am hoping for is that with my mods finalized and good tire/wheel package in place I can hit some decent 12s...until then I get to enjoy everyone else's posts.
