I bought it from a private party in North Carolina. I suppose there's a chance that he kept a key, although he seemed trustworthy and it's highly unlikely he would fly all the way up here just to steal the car...

Actually I didn't take it to the store. I came back from the grocery store in another vehicle, and when I passed by where the FD should have been parked (on the street outside my condos) it wasn't there. I never thought this would have happened to me...I live in a good area and the cop said car thef...

STOLEN: My 1993 Mazda RX-7

So I know I'm not a very important member since I mostly lurk on here...but I'd like to ask you guys a favor. Yep...after only two months of ownership my FD has been stolen. http://forums.coloradoracing.net/html/emoticons/madchatter.gif I came back from the grocery store last night and noticed that ...

Rootski, isn't actually more like 3.9L? I've always heard it argued that for each rotor, it's the same as three pistons, since there are three combustion cycles taking place in one chamber. So it'd be comparable to a 3.9L V6 piston engine. It's only rated a 1.3L engine because ro...

Ah, iridium...that explains the price difference. I think you can even get away with running the cheapo cheapie plugs in a normal 13B.

That's weird, because NGK platinum plugs that fit the 13B-REW are only around $13 a piece, according to the advance auto / checker website. http://www.partsamerica.com/productdetail....960&PTSet=A And NAPA has them online for $8.49 - http://www.napaonline.com/masterpages/NOLM...+Laser+Platinum O...

Thanks guys! It's not as clean in person as it looks in that picture  The body, and the paint, has seen better days, as you might expect for any 15 year old car. But I love it anyway...FDs have so much character. As for mods, it has the basic power adders and reliability stuff...midpipe, ...

Hey everyone. I saw a white MS3 with a CMZC banner on it the other day and thought I'd check this site out. After lurking a bit I decided to register. I've always been a fan of Mazda, but have only recently been an owner. Here's my 7: http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh146/smakee76/RX7...
