Those chinese knockoff are just as good as the brandname ones imo. I've bought McCullogh years ago when those HID kits used to cost $500+, and I don't see the reason why one should shell twice the price for a product that is nearly as identical. I know name brand matters, but what's the ...

You can get ebay HID kit for dirt cheap. They will be just as good as brand names like Apexcone or McCullough. However, the real difference will in the type of optics used with your HID. Your stock projector will not give you sharp light cutoff. http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11531...

Not to be an ass nor to beat a dead horse, but you should either resell or burn down that piece of crap and get yourself a Yota or a Honda if you want a reliable and dependable daily driver. Not only that car is unreliable, but it is badly engineered when it comes down to assess basic maintenance. I...

If you are going to get HID, get your headlights retrofitted. Without the proper optics, your HID will never look as sharp as OEM HID. Your best bet would be to swap your headlamps with a OEM 3 GT housing. The best HID optics come from S2000 imo, nothing looks better or as sharp as them. The guys at...

Not to be a bearer of bad news but... I have K&N air filters for two of my cars, and they aren't worth it in my opinion. Everyone will tell you that they 'felt' a power increase, even I will tell you the same thing, but that's just a buttdyno to satisfy you from your new purchase. Wh...

I spotted a white Mazda 3 hatchback on Orchard and Buckley. I was on my bike, but I waved anyways thinking it may be Trish. The driver (a girl I believe) gave me a weird look, and then proceeded to cut me off by making an illegal right turn. Ouch and harsh :(

I like to take my car down highway 103 on the way to Mt. Evans. There is a nice succession of long corners that allows you push the car. I give all I got on the uphill. The downhill kind of scares me as gravity always works with you to bring your car down the ravine :(

Racing Beat, Borla are popular choice for Mazda. I am not quite fond on the way the rotary sounds in general. I prefer the mean high revving note of a high strung engine such like the S2000 or this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7iDk3TEPgCA Not quite sure if you can achieve that with a rotary, ...

Huzer, I guaranty you that your car will not make it in the high country if you drive it on a daily basis. Try driving Loveland pass everyday, you will get stuck sooner or later. The road conditions in the Front Range area are however much more different than the mountains. Driving in the Denver are...
